Ben’s career has focused on professional work, including dilapidations, party wall matters, building pathology and contract administration. He has a particular interest and expertise in dilapidations and is currently a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum. He also has experience in dealing with Party Wall matters and is an active member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, a best practice body for Party Wall matters.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys live music, playing guitar and for some fresh air, various degrees of hiking and walking.
