A well respected business strategist and founder of Fairweathers, Ann is responsible for strategic direction, recruitment and training, banking and accounting decisions, legislation and compliance issues and Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
Ann is a philanthropist and venture capitalist who also works as an adviser to the Church of England and other regional and national bodies on social policy and disability matters. An experienced School Governor and sports sponsor, Ann is known to attempt gardening and art, and spends many weekends withstanding the mud and rain whilst watching and supporting her son’s rugby teams.
