A well respected business strategist and founder of Fairweathers, which is now one of the leading consultancy Practices in the UK. Ann is responsible for strategic direction, recruitment and training, banking and accounting matters, RICS Compliance issues and Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

In her spare time, Ann has worked as an adviser to the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England and the Oxford Diocese on social policy matters, carries out multi-faith advisory work. Ann is also a school Governor, and is undertaking historical buildings research through Oxford University. Ann is known to attempt gardening and art, and spends many weekends bravely withstanding the mud and rain whilst watching and supporting son’s rugby and football teams.
