Surveying Sales Administrator & Planner

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm | Starting salary: £26,000 per annum.

We’re looking for an organised, motivated and professional Sales Administrator & Planner to join our busy team at Fisher Wrathall Surveyors in Preston.

This is a varied role that combines sales administration, diary planning and customer liaison. You’ll be the link between clients, surveyors and property professionals—ensuring appointments are efficiently managed, enquiries are handled promptly, and sales are processed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and convert sales enquiries via telephone and website
· Liaise with surveyors to ensure correct charges are applied
· Follow up on sales enquiries by phone and email, recording all activity on the CRM system
· Process confirmed instructions, including issuing terms and conditions and raising invoices
· Plan and book survey appointments using the CRM system and Outlook diaries
· Coordinate with surveyors, property owners and agents to arrange access and scheduling
· Support the Commercial Surveying and Agency teams with general administration duties

Skills & Experience Required:
· Experience in telephone sales or client liaison is advantageous but not essential
· Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
· Experience using CRM systems, with accurate data entry and reporting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (sending invoices, recording payments)
· Highly organised with good attention to detail
· Motivated, positive and able to work independently as well as within a team
· Experience working in a professional office environment
