Ed has 10 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Building Surveying. Eight of these years he spent in the Lancaster area undertaking residential survey work, commercial building surveying, and all types of general practice surveying.

Sonya joined FW recently, with a depth of knowledge on the built environment and an experienced ASSOC RICS surveyor, Sonya is a committed member of our surveying team, delivering residential RICS accredited surveys. Sonya works closely with Mike Fisher FRICS, on various commercial work.

Having previously worked in the insurance industry, Alex joined FW in 2021 embarking on a career as a building surveyor. Alex supports the administration of our surveying department advising our customers and clients when procuring our services.

With over 50 years of extensive experience in the commercial and residential property market, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Formerly the Managing Director and now serving as a highly involved consultant, Mike’s deep understanding of both commercial and residential properties makes him a valuable asset to our organisation.
